Personal Statement:

I am looking for an Estate Management position. I believe I would be an invaluable asset as a Starkey Certified Graduate with my Business Degree from Franklin University, as a professional firefighter/paramedic, and with my vast life experience with Property and Grounds and Maintenance. I also bring with me an array of technical and practical skills that will allow me to enter most any hands on management situation.

My style of service is that I possess extremely high work ethics with a no-nonsense approach when it comes to getting the job done. If I start a project, I see it through to the end. I feel that those who would hire me and my service abilities would require and demand privacy, restraint, and discretion when it comes to an individual or a family's personal affairs. I would put an emphasis on growing and nurturing the current staff and as a team we will pride ourselves on always meeting high standards, safety and being discrete about the Principal and the family. I am also a very "hands on" individual and can carry many tasks.

My preferred Service Environment would be that of a Family-Centered Property. I am experienced with safety issues, all types of property and grounds, construction projects, healthy lifestyles, pets, busy and active environments. I am a very adaptable individual and can work in varied situations with ease. Relationship styles that I possess allows for me to interact and perform as needed with Principals that are structured, professional, direct, and want a long-term employee. I am a very intense person when it comes to adhering to standards, rules, and regulations and I like to be front and center in the "always on mode" to assure that the duties are met. I fully understand that flexibility is a must because my duties may be dependent upon overall service needs. I like a business-centered environment, where boundaries are set in professionalism.

My love is landscaping and property care. I have owned and operated a landscaping and stone masonry company for twelve years as a part-time business that I ran on my days off from the fire department. I love to watch the transformation of a “blank canvas” estate into an eye appealing setting and I can maintain those spaces and see that it stays appealing during all seasons of the year. I have great management skills of personnel and I like to keep maintenance, work, and performance schedules and records. My personal experiences and love of landscaping, landscape design, home maintenance, management, and safety and protection issues makes me a well-rounded individual to care for and maintain a home both inside and out.

I have a spouse who is a nurse and a 12 year old son. When we find our perfect match, we plan to make a long term commitment to our Principal in loyalty, integrity and stability.
